FIVE MAIN TYPE OF HEALTH AVERAGE – ILL
Most people when not seemingly ill are no better than in a state of AVERAGE HEALTH. The have some chronic diseases lurking in the body in form of skin, respiratory, gastrointestinal or musculoskeletal disorders. When these dormant conditions becomes dominant the state of ill health sets in.
NORMAL– It is the integrated state of health with a complete balance between the three facets : Body – Mind – Soul.
SUPER NORMAL– It is higher than the normal, an exceptional state of health like that of Athletes.
SUPRA NORMAL– Super Normal state of Health is like that of Holy Prophets & Saints.
HOW CAN THE HIGHER STATES OF HEALTH BE ACHIEVED?
There are very positive laws working within every cell of human body which is not only to prevent and cure the disease but even take towards the higher states of health.
UNCOVERING THE WAYS TO ACHIEVE THE HIGHER STATE OF HEALTH
There are five fundamental laws of Health which are Nature’s gift to life:
1 LAW OF ELIMINATION
Various byproducts and toxins are produced within the body as a result of the essential ongoing vital processes such as respiration, digestion etc and certain toxins also enter the body from the environment in the form of water, food and medicines. It is extremely important to get rid of this unhealthiness on a regular basis. The law of elimination plays an important role in making the body self equipped in releasing these toxins, hence maintaining healthy bodily functions. In situations of imbalance in the law of elimination, these toxic excesses can produce disease.
2 LAW OF NUTRITION
The law of nutrition has its importance in maintaining equilibrium between the nutrition taken and its assimilation within the body. To be in health, a person needs to take a balanced diet which provides the nutrition required by the body on a daily basis. If anything exceeds its limit/quantity that is required per day to remain in health, may result in disease.
3 LAW OF CIRCULATION
By the word circulation, we are not confined only to the circulation of blood in blood vessels but also to that of various body fluids in the body cavities. Any blockage in the process of circulation by any means can result in an unhealthy state of human being. Along with the physical form of circulation, proper circulation at a level of conscious, of thoughts and of life principles are also required.
4 LAW OF RELAXATION
This law applies to both physical as well as mental relaxation. Relaxation not only means taking rest but also other activities such as exercises, meditation, sleep etc which helps in rejuvenation of the body. Right relaxation is becoming more and more important in the present civilized way of life which is associated with stress on physical as well as mental level. In order to attain maximum benefits of nature, it is important to strike a balance between the laws of health and this law is closely associated with maintenance of other laws i.e. law of elimination, nutrition and circulation, in order to maintain health.
5 LAW OF EMOTION
Health is harmony of body, mind and soul. Emotions are expression of our mental state and originate from our material, psychological and spiritual levels. Any kind of imbalance in these three states results in a confused state of mental health. In general mental health sways according to our life situations and it is this law of emotion which governs the human mind and creates a balance. However, this is also genetically driven. In order to have a perfect state of health it is important to fulfill all these laws of health, together.
ATTAINMENT OF HIGHER STATE OF HEALTH
In order to attain the perfect balanced state of Health, combination of the following is required in accordance with the laws of Health
