All prescribed medications will be supplied and dispensed by our clinic. Full details of the homeopath & the homeopathic medication used for your treatment are available upon written request.

The description of medication is subject to prescription. This information is available after a consultation form is completed and the homeopath has made a diagnosis.

Delivery CostsAll items are sent by registered Royal Mail delivery and the delivery cost is included in the quoted cost of the medication.

Payment
At present we accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo. We also accept personal cheques and postal orders payments.

Right to Cancel and Refunds
Medicines are exempt from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000. Therefore, the Homeopathic Health Clinic does not accept returns as there is no way of ensuring the integrity of the medication. Although Homeopathic Health Clinic makes every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, if you are dissatisfied with the condition of your package when it arrives then you should notify us within two working days of receipt, explaining the nature of the problem. Your complaint may be by way of letter, website contact form or telephone and Homeopathic Health Clinic will offer to replace the damaged item.

Every care is taken to ensure that we dispatch the correct medication. If your item does not arrive or cannot be traced by Royal Mail, we will dispatch a replacement item immediately at no extra charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
